Handicap:<\/strong> Handicap is the advantage or disadvantage in goals\/corners\/etc. that is assigned to a team. The team on which the bet is placed must become the winner of the match after the handicap adjustments.<\/div>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Positive:<\/strong> In this type of handicap, the team being bet on must win the game after adding the goal advantage, whose number is defined as the handicap argument, to the team’s final result.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The example:<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The bet: Handicap 2 (2)<\/em><\/strong>. The bet is placed on team 2, and “2” is the handicap argument. For this bet to be won, team 2 must be the winner of the game after we add a 2-goal advantage to their final result. Let’s review three possible results of this bet:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  • The match ended with a score of 2-1.<\/em><\/strong> When we add a 2-goal advantage to team 2’s final score, the score becomes 2:3. In this case, the bet is won because after the handicap adjustment, team 2 is the winner of the match.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • The match ended with a score of 3-0.<\/em><\/strong> When we add a 2-goal advantage to team 2’s final score, the score becomes 3:2. In this case, the bet is lost because after the handicap adjustment, team 2 is not the winner of the match.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
  • The match ended with a score of 2-0.<\/em><\/strong> When we add a 2-goal advantage to team 2’s final score, the score becomes 2:2. In this case, the bet is refunded because after the handicap adjustment, the score is tied.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Negative:<\/strong> In this type of handicap, the team being bet on must win the game after subtracting from the team’s final result the number of goals defined by the value of the handicap argument.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
